I had to return for a smaller size. After USPS delivery confirmed back to Howitzer two weeks prior, I emailed several times with no response on refund. Then I attempted calling only to have no answer on there & a full voicemail box. After reporting to my credit card company, I finally received a partial refund. Customer service said there is a $7 shipping fee (which is mentioned on their website) and also a $7 refund fee (which is NOT mentioned on their website). Very disappointed by how I was treated and will not purchase from this company again in the future.
