Loved this shirt the second I opened the package. I did NOT find the washing instructions inside the pocket and threw it in the wash before wearing. It is 100% cotton and WILL shrink!!! I contacted customer service, admitting my fault, and asking if they would cut me a break on a new one. I was sent “cut and paste” washing instructions. A “sorry, no can do” would have been nicer than a dismissive “here is how you wash clothes, dumbass!” and I would have ordered another one. I love the jeans and bought two pairs. I guess that’s where it ends.
