This surprised me! In a positive fashion.
I don't know what I expected, especially since a dust storm was not in the forecast -- but this jersey is great. It's perfect for the weather we have been having (a bit cool one day, warmer the next). I didn't really need a hood, but that is not a problem. Sleeves were a tad long, but fixable by turning them up. If we could have given partial stars, I probably would have given it 4 3/4 stars. (I'm a tough marker.) The one issue I have had is probably on me: I reached into a birdfeeder to make an adjustment and snagged my sleeve a bit. If the Howitzer folks want me to be a trial monkey, I will certainly accept something similar (hint, hint!) as a replacement, and give a free one a try. Additional bonus: my last name starts with an "H," so the jersey is "personalized" with my initial. Plus, my background (years ago) is infantry, but it was as a platoon sergeant for heavy weapons.
