Went back and forth between 1-2 stars for customer service and selection. Landed on 1 star at the end of it.
I get it, it is a mystery pack, you don't know what you are going to get, because of that you get a massive discount. The first issue was I got a wrong size to which Howitzer offered a replacement after some back and forth and pictures. The main issue was I got 4 solid color Ts, same design. In the email I presented both issues and Howitzer completely ignored this second issue. I pressed it again and didn't even get an acknowledgement of the problem. I wouldn't even bring this up but the mystery pack clearly says "10 unique designs". Final comment, I had posted a review and it was deleted, I'm guessing it was because it was negative.
